Improvements coming to the order and quote pages

After lots of customer feedback and research, our development team is using the start of 2020 to improve and unify orders, quotes and credit requests across Android, iOS and Web.

This first release will start rolling out during the week of the 10th of February. It will introduce three steps into the ordering flow for iOS and web users and change the sequence of steps on Android. This change is the first step in a direction to customise the questions on orders, quotes and credit requests when using our field sales app

Going forward, the steps on Android, iOS and web orders will be:

  1. Select the warehouse and the products
  2. Fill in the comment, recipients and reference
  3. Do the final checks on the order, sign off if needed and place the order

Users on Android and iOS will be guided through the change on the field sales software after they updated.  See the images below for each platform.
